Inspired by Ayurvedic techniques and principles, Thai massages are more rigorous and revitalizing compared to other massage techniques. There's no use of oils or lotions during a traditional Thai massage. Instead, Thai massage works your entire body using a sequence of movements that are similar to yogic stretching. You’ll be compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked in various positions to release tension and relax the whole body. You will also be dressed in comfortable clothing, so that I can easily move your body into different positions.
